At Benevolent Kreations, every order is created, prepared, and packaged with care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, print-on-demand, botanical, personal-care, or otherwise prepared specifically for your purchase, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after an order has entered processing.

Please carefully review your order, product selection, shipping information, and billing information before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with Benevolent Kreations, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your order number
Provide a brief description of the issue
Include clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, tampering, or incorrect item
Keep the original packaging until we have reviewed your request

If your claim is approved, Benevolent Kreations will provide a replacement item at no additional product cost.

Replacement eligibility is determined after we review the submitted information.

Tampered or Opened Packages

If your package appears to have been opened, altered, or tampered with during delivery, please photograph the package and its contents before discarding the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or additional information to document the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Botanical & Personal-Care Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, botanical blends, herbal products, personal-care products, and other items intended for personal use cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

This includes products that have been opened, used, or altered.

Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

Certain Benevolent Kreations products are produced specifically for your order through our printing and production partners.

Because these products are made to order, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference, or buyer's remorse.

If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us with your order information and photographs so we can determine whether a replacement is available.

Order Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us before attempting to send anything back.

Do not ship products back to Benevolent Kreations without receiving instructions from us first.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Delays & Undelivered Orders

We work to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website. If an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping your order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will communicate with you regarding the delay and any options available under applicable law.
